		Both golfers tee off, then play EACH OTHERS ball for the second shot.
		Choose ONE of the second shots to play, pick up the other one.
		Play alternate shot from second shot to the hole.
		Whoever hit the chosen second shot, the OTHER guy plays the third shot.
		Team score is team total minus total handicap.
		First place team wins $20 each.
		A-player uses 60% of normal handicap.  B-player uses 40% of normal handicap.
		EACH player gets a Sacagawea for a team birdie.
		Closest-to-pins are INDIVIDUAL.
